LRCN1 - Application to cancel a notice (other than a unilateral notice)

Land Registry - for use from 22nd August 2022

HM Land Registry have updated the following forms:

- LRADD and LRACD - panel 5 and 6 respectively have been amended to emphasise the importance of adhering to the undertaking contained in part (ii) of that panel.

- LRCN1 - a side note has been added to panel 10 signposting applicants towards practice guide 26.

The latest versions are available for use from the 22nd August 2022 however the current versions remain acceptable indefinitely.
