HM Land Registry (HMLR) has amended the forms listed to refer to HMLR's "Personal Information Charter" page on the GOV.UK website in order to comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into force on 25th May.

Although HMLR will accept old forms which have been signed and dated up to three months before these GDPR changes, conveyancers who subscribe to this range may prefer to use the latest versions of these amended forms on and after 25th May.
