HM Land Registry has amended these three forms to reflect the provisions of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2018 which will come into force on 6th April.

In particular, the Land Registry has corrected an error in panel 8 of the LRCN1 form and panel 11 of the LRST3 form to clarify the evidence which is required to ensure that the applicant is in receipt of the land or the rents and profits.

The Land Registry has also added two new certificates R and S to the amended LRCIT form which enable applications to be made by the Fire and Rescue Authorities in England and Wales and the Charity Commission in addition to other changes to the bodies mentioned on this form

Although the Land Registry will not reject the current forms after 6th April, the Land Registry has advised Oyez that only the amended versions of these three forms should be submitted on and after 6th April.
