The Land Registry has amended all the forms listed to make it clear that any parts of a form which are not typed should be completed in black ink and in block capitals. The Land Registry has made these changes to their forms to overcome operational difficulties encountered when scanning documents which have been completed by hand but not in block capitals.

Although these amended forms can be used from 3rd August, the Land Registry will continue to accept the current forms indefinitely.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Discontinuation of version 9 -Flexi Forms

Oyez announced in July 2012 that v9 Flexi -forms would not be maintained after 1st June 2013. more info

The changes in this EFIS affect all remaining v9 Flexi -forms. Oyez have removed these titles from the live forms list and they will no longer display in your FILE>NEW dialogue.
