The Land Registry have embarked on the second phase of their forms modernisation project .

In particular, the Land Registration Rules 1999 prescribe the new forms to be used from 1st July 1999.

However, these new forms may be used before this date, so customers may decide to install this disk on receipt.

The table below seeks to identify which of the existing forms have been replaced by the new forms listed above.
