LRACD - Application for approval of a standard form of charge deed and allocation of official HM Land Registry reference

HM Land Registry have updated the LRACD with the removal of a guidance note as our Commercial Arrangements Section no longer need to be sent two copies of a mortgage deed for approval. This form is available for immediate use and previous versions will continue to be accepted indefinitely.
