In collaboration with its Commercial Arrangements Section, HM Land Registry has drafted the new form LRADD for use by lenders when they submit an application for a deed of variation, priority or postponement of a charge.

HM Land Registry has also made some minor changes to the existing LRACD form.

Since HM Land Registry will only implement these changes on 10th December, conveyancing practitioners cannot use either of these two forms before 10th December .

Forms LRAP1_Flexi and LRTR1_Flexi have both received minor field amendments, both forms can be used immediately.
