Pursuant to EFIS No. 54/2008 in October and EFIS No. 60/2008 in November, the Land Registry has now amended the four forms listed above.

These forms are not prescribed by the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008 which came into force on 10th November.

All forms can be used immediately.

LRDS2E	Application to cancel entries relating to a registered charge	New/Amended
LRDJP	Application to remove from the register the name of a deceased joint proprietor	New/Amended
LRACD	Application for approval of a standard form of charge deed and allocation of official Land Registry reference	New/Amended
LRRD1	Request for the return of original document(s)	New/Amended
