HM Land Registry has amended the promulgated form LRACD, panel 6 and the corresponding side note have been updated to make it clear that if any subsequent changes are made to an approved charge or separately held incorporated document the lender must apply to have it re-approved. The latest version is available for use from the 23rd August 2021, however the current version remains acceptable indefinitely.
