LRDJP - Application to remove from the register the name of a deceased joint proprietor

HM Land Registry have amended the listed forms, details of the changes are as follows:

LRAP1 – A side note has been added to panel 4 to explain the ways a private individual can pay fees to HM Land Registry. A side note has also been added to panel 7 to explain which customers can and cannot apply to us for a key number.

LRDJP – The explanatory information has been updated to make it clearer that this form is only to be used where there are surviving registered proprietor(s).

LRID1 and LRID2 – Section 2a has been amended to confirm the definition of an overseas lawyer, section 4 has also been amended to clarify that a colour photo is required.

LRID3 – Section 2.1 has been amended to reflect the requirement of the name of the regulatory body to be named. The guidance has been amended to clarify that any change or variation of name should accompany the form.

LRPN1 – A side note has been added to panel 1 setting out a reminder to enter the fee payable, a side note has also been added to panel 6 clarifying what the search result will reveal.

These forms are now available for immediate use however previous versions will remain acceptable indefinitely.
