The Land Registry has notified us of amendments to the Land Charges form K9 which should be used from 18th July.

Conveyancing practitioners are also requested to use the latest version of the Land Registry�s LRDJP form which the Land Registry has amended following a review of their practice and procedures.

Finally, please find available forms LLC1 and LRUN2 which have received slight field amendments which can be used immediately.
