HM Land Registry has amended the LRDJP form to make it easier for members of the public to complete this form following feedback received from its citizen centre.

Although HM Land Registry will continue to accept the current version of this LRDJP form indefinitely, subscribers to this range may prefer to use the latest version of this form immediately.

Please also find available forms BN1, CON46, CON46A, LRTP1_Flexi and PW1, PW2, PW3, PW4, PW5 and PW6 which have now been amended to include field labels. CON41A and LRDB have also received slight amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
