LROS2 - Application by purchaser for official search with priority of part of the land in a registered title or a pending first registration application

HM Land Registry have made the following amendments:

  • The certificate in side note 11 in forms AS1 and AS2 and side note 12 in form AS3 to state that the grant of probate or letters of administration or court order was granted in the United Kingdom.
  • The side note to panel 8 in form OS1 and panel 7 in form OS2 to clarify that, where the applicant is a corporate body, the panel must show their full legal name and not a trading name.
  • The side notes in panel 3 of form FR1 for clarification of our practice.

    The latest versions are available for use from the 28th February 2022 however the current versions remain acceptable indefinitely.
