We have amended form CON29(L) to take account of changes introduced by the Land Registration Act 2002, earlier this year.

In particular, we have added a new enquiry, asking whether the property has been made the subject of an application to the Land Registry by means of an exempt information document and whether the seller is aware of any interests under specified Schedules of the Land Registration Act 2002.

Further to EFIS 46-2003, please also find enclosed form SDLT60. The SDLT1 is also enclosed and contains some minor field alterations.

We have also taken this opportunity to make a minor amendment to Land Registry form LROS2 by deleting a superfluous line at the end of one of the panels on page 1.

These forms can be used immediately on receipt.
