In February, the Law Society announced the introduction of a 2019 version of the Law Society's Code for Completion by Post after the Court of Appeal's decision in the important Dreamvar case last year.

Oyez has updated the references to the Law Society's Code for Completion by Post on both the CON28B, CON29(L) and CON29(S) forms.

Although the 2019 Code for Completion by Post does not come into force until 1st May 2019, the latest versions of all three forms can be used immediately.
