Conveyancing practitioners are invited to use this latest edition of CON29(L) which has had minor amendments.
None of these minor amendments are the result of any new legislation or change in procedure.

We also enclose an amended edition of the Land Registry’s form LRCIT which the Land Registry has updated to refer to the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills instead of the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.

Both forms can be used immediately.
