The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 implemented a new fire safety regime for non domestic properties on 1st October.

We have updated enquiry 9 (c) (iii) on CON29(L) to reflect the introduction of these new fire safety procedures.

We have also taken the opportunity to make a minor amendment to CON28B.

Form CON24 has also received a minor textural amendment and is available for your immediate use.
