Following multiple customer requests, the previous versions of the TA6 and TA7 have now been made available for customers. These forms have been renamed with the suffix of (pre2024) to avoid any confusion with the current Law Society versions. Please note the (pre2024) versions can only be used until 25th June 2024 at which time the new versions of the TA6 - Property Information Form and TA7 - Leasehold Information Form must be used.

Both forms are available for immediate use.
