On EFIS No. 39/2013 in May, we supplied you with the Law Society's recent amendments to TA6.

The Law Society has now drafted a set of Explanatory Notes which can be read by buyers and sellers when completing TA6.

Since these Explanatory Notes have not been drafted by the Law Society for use in every transaction we have inserted a link to the Law Society's website for conveyancers to decide when to show their clients these Notes on TA6 and TA6_Flexi .
