The Law Society has released new versions of the TA6 and the TA7 which are now available for immediate use.

The new TA6 (6th edition) (2025) and TA7 (5th edition) (2025) forms will be mandatory from Monday 30th March 2026. Until this time the previous versions of the forms will remain available for use, please check the edition number in the form description to ensure you are using your preferred version.

Please note as the layout of the new versions is not compatible with the Flexi ble form format, the new forms will not have a corresponding Flexi version. In addition, the Law Society have advised this form should not be available in Word format. All previous versions will continue to have Flexi and Word formats available until March.
