Regulations 19 to 21 of the Companies (Address of Registered Office) Regulations 2016 make provisions relating to applications to change the registered office address of a limited liability partnership and came into force on 6th April.

Companies House has amended the forms listed to reflect the introduction of these 2016 Regulations and a new register to record people with significant control of a limited liability partnership.

LLRP07 is a new form which can be used to change a disputed address of a limited liability partnership's registered office address.

All forms can be used immediately.
