Companies House has reinstated the fee payable when submitting the annual return for a limited liability partnership on form LLAR01.

Although LLAR01 (Continuation) is unaffected by these changes, we have updated the version number on LLAR01(CONT) to reflect the same numbering system which Companies House now uses.

Companies House will continue to accept existing editions of both LLAR01 and LLAR01(CONT) indefinitely, but we recommend practitioners use both forms from 1st October 2011.
