On EFIS No.84 in October 2015, we supplied you with various amendments to the LLP forms which Companies House had amended to reflect changes which the Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 introduced on 10th October.

After receiving feedback from its customer base, Companies House has reversed its initial decision to suppress the date of birth of the director of a limited liability partnership.

Companies House has redesigned LLAR01 to include the full date of birth on a page with a "redacted" bar code.

Although Companies House will continue to accept October's version of LLAR01 until 31st January, Companies House will only accept the latest version of LLAR01 on and after 1st February.

Oyez's customers may therefore prefer to use the revised edition of LLAR01 now rather than wait until 1st February.

Oyez has also taken this opportunity to make some minor corrections to the LLCH02 form which subscribers to this range are requested to use with immediate effect.
