On 31st May, the Northern Irish branch of Companies House is relocating to a new location in Belfast.

Companies House has therefore amended these Limited Liability Partnership forms to refer to the new office address in Northern Ireland for applications which are submitted on or after 31st May. Practitioners should not use these amended forms until 31st May.
