The Ministry of Justice has made a variety of miscellaneous amendments to the Civil Procedure forms as a result of the latest update to the Civil Procedure Rules which will come into force at different times in April. The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Consequential, Transitional and Saving Provision) Order 2014 came into force on 6th April. The Ministry of Justice has amended some of the forms to reflect a change in terminology. The statement of truth on Form H has been updated on 22nd April. The other changes to forms concern the introduction of the single County Court on 22nd April. Finally, both N251 and N265 have received a field label amendment. All forms should be used immediately. The expandable versions of forms N5_Flex, N181_Flex and N244_Flex will be released shortly (Version 10 ONLY).
