Rule 10(b) of the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2010 inserts a reference to �private registered provider of social housing� as a result of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.

The Ministry of Justice has therefore updated Civil Procedure forms N5B, N11B, N119, N122, N150 and N471 to reflect these changes which came into force on 1st April.

Please also find attached the forms N121, N260 and N434 which have received slight field amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
