Following your receipt of EFIS No.7/1999, we were not able to supply you with copies of the new forms N242A, N243 and EX 160 which were awaiting final amendments by the Court Service at the end of April.
We cannot provide you with N242B as it appears that the Court Service will not be proceeding with this form, whilst EX 160 remains to be finalised by the relevant authorities. However, N266 and N268 have recently been issued by a Practice Direction which came out in April.
N266 requests one party to admit certain facts or part of a case in a claim. N268 is a request that one party who has disclosed certain documents under Part 31 of the Civil Procedure Rules prove them when the claim comes to trial.
Minor amendments have been made to the text of the new Civil Procedure Rules forms N170, N279 and N434 by a recent Practice Direction which came out at the end of May.
Please use the forms immediately on request of the enclosed disk.
