EX 160 Notes-Notes to Accompany EX 160 [EX160N]

The Court Service have advised us of changes to EX 160 and accompanying notes as a result of the Tax Credits Act 1999 which came into force on 5th October.

This Act replaces Family Credit with Working Families’ Tax Credit and Disability Allowance with Disabled Person’s Tax Credit.

Please use the amended version of EX 160 and notes immediately on receipt of this disk.
