EX 160 Notes-Notes to Accompany EX 160 [EX160N]

The Court Service have advised us of changes to EX 160 and accompanying notes as a result of the Tax Credits Act 1999 which came into force on 5th October.

This Act replaces Family Credit with Working Families� Tax Credit and Disability Allowance with Disabled Person�s Tax Credit.

Please use the amended version of EX 160 and notes immediately on receipt of this disk.
