Please find available forms CLSCLAIM1A and CLSCLAIM4A, which have received field and macros amendments.

Both of these forms can be used immediately.

In addition, CWORK2 has been deleted by the Legal Services Commission following publication of the new form CWORK1_2_MH which you received on Efis No. 12 in March. Therefore, CWORK2 needs to be removed from your system(s).
