The Legal Services Commission has updated the above forms to take account of changes in government policy and legislation.

The Consolidated Matter Report Form has changed to take into account the new requirements for a Unique Client Number in Immigration and Asylum cases only, which will become mandatory from 30th April 2004, so the new form must be used for Apr-04 submissions and not before.

All other forms may be used on receipt but will become mandatory from 1 April 2004.

An error was found in the CLSADMIN1 and is amended for your immediate use.
