The Legal Services Commission has amended the forms listed above to reflect new financial eligibility criteria which will come into force on 3rd December.
These amended forms must not be used before 3rd December.
Practitioners should note that CLSMEANS7 is a new form which replaces CLSAPP7a which, although not currently live, was previously used by mediators in family cases. CLSAPP6a has been replaced by CLSMEANS6. CLAIM6 is now obsolete due to the introduction of Criminal Contracting and should be removed. ABWOR33 is now obsolete and should also be removed.
LSCFR1 is also a new form which has been introduced to allow suppliers contracted to the Legal Services Commission to claim money for completed reviews of files conducted since 1st April 2001 under LAFQAS Section M of the Quality Assurance Standard. Contracted suppliers are requested by the Legal Services Commission to submit LSCFR1 between 1st October and 10th December and should refer to previous guidance, which was issued in September by the Legal Services Commission on this matter.
