HMCTS have updated the following forms as a result of the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 which came into force on 6th April 2022. To reduce any delay, the key forms which are affected by this are being made available as soon as they have completed our testing, this is therefore the first of several Divorce form updates.
