The Financial Proceedings Working Party of the Family Procedure Rule Committee have amended Divorce forms DIV_A and DIV_A1 to reflect changes to Part 9 of the Family Procedure Rules which the Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2018 will bring into force on 4th June.

Due to the implementation of these revised procedures, the amended forms now contain bullet point guidance on page 1 of each form which explains the circumstances in which DIV_A and DIV_A1 should be used.

The current versions of these two forms cannot be used on and after 4th June but the latest versions of DIV_A and DIV_A1 can only be used for applications made on and after 4th June.

Also forms DIV1 and DIV1_Flexi have received macro amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
