The Ministry of Justice has recently amended EX160 and its accompanying booklet, EX160A, for applications for a fee remission made on or after 1st July.
Subscribers to this range should use the latest version of EX160 immediately. Access to EX160A will be provided by the existing link from a button on EX160.
On 22nd April, section 41 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 was repealed so that the new Family Court no longer needs to consider children in a divorce.
Although a petitioner for divorce must still specify if there are any children, DIV5 is now irrelevant in divorce proceedings which began on or after 22nd April. Therefore forms DIV5 and DIV5_Flexi have now been removed from your system(s).
Forms DIV_A, DIV_A_Flexi , DIV_A1, DIV_C, DIV_D, DIV_E, DIV_F, DIV_G, DIV_I, DIV11, DIV31 and DIV32 have all received slight field amendments.
All forms can be used immediately.
