COP9 - Application Notice

Pursuant to the information which we previously provided to you last month on EFIS No.43/2015, Oyez can now supply you with the amended Court of Protection forms.

In particular, the Court of Protection has amended existing COP1, COP1A, COP1B, COP5, COP7, COP8, COP9, COP10, COP20A, COP20B, COP22, COP25, COP30, COP31, COP35 and COP37 to reflect changes which the Court of Protection (Amendment) Rules introduced on 1st July.

COP2 has become obsolete as a result of these Rule changes and will automatically be removed from your library.

In addition, the Court of Protection has created four new annex forms COP1C, COP1D, COP1E and COP1F to obtain specific information in support of specified types of application.

These new and amended COP forms should be used for applications made on or after 1st July.

Finally, a duplicate field has been removed on LP3 which can also be used immediately.
