EFIS 9, February 2014 : Court of Protection

On 9th December 2013, the Court of Protection relocated to a new office address in London, which has led to amendments on the forms listed.

The Ministry of Justice has arranged for existing applications which have been sent to the Royal Courts of Justice to be automatically redirected to P.O. Box 70185, First Avenue House, 42-49 High Holborn, London WC1A 9JA.

However, practitioners may prefer to use the amended forms immediately, which include an option to submit completed forms via the Document Exchange to DX160013 Kingsway 7.
