HA33C - Landlord's or Licensor's Notice Proposing a New Rent or Licence Fee under an Assured Agricultural Occupancy of Premises Situated in England - [LTA4C]

The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 came into force on 6th April and amend the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Amendment) Regulations 2015 by represcribing the official forms HA32, HA33B and HA33C which were previously contained in the 2015 Regulations.

In particular, the 2016 Regulations amend the introductory notes which appear at the beginning of HA32 and correct minor drafting errors in HA33B and HA33C.

In addition, the 2016 Regulations also require the Secretary of State to conduct a review over 5 years to consider whether these prescribed forms should remain unchanged, be amended or else be revoked altogether.
