Schedule 2 of the Transfer of Tribunal Functions (Mobile Homes Act 2013 and Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2014 amends the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1997 which prescribe the four Housing Act forms listed.

Schedule 2 makes consequential changes to HA30, HA31, HA33B and HA33C which were omitted from the Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013. Please refer to the amended forms which were supplied to you on EFIS 59 in June 2013.

Because Schedule 2 of this 2014 Order came into force 'the day after the date on which the Order is made....' which was 17th July, subscribers to this range should use these latest versions of HA30, HA31, HA33B and HA33C immediately.
