The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 revoke and replace the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1997 in England which prescribe forms for use under Part 1 of the Housing Act 1988.

In general, these 2015 Regulations make minor drafting amendments to HA30-HA38 but HA32 has also been amended to reflect changes which the Anti-social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 introduced.

The 2015 Regulations will come into force on 6th April when only the amended versions of HA30-HA38 should be used. The current editions of HA30-HA38 can be used for notices served up to and including 5th April 2015.

Please also find available AGREE14B, HUD1, L&T100, L&T101, L&T102 and L&T103 which have received field amendments and can be used immediately.
