The Universal Credit (Consequential Supplementary Incidental and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2013 amended primary and secondary legislation on 29th April 2013 following the introduction of universal credit in some areas of the country.

Part 2 of these 2013 Regulations amended subordinate legislation which includes the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1997 which prescribe the wording of HA33B and HA33C.

In particular, the 2013 Regulations amended the guidance notes on HA33B and HA33C to require applicants to claim universal credit from the Department for Work and Pensions as an alternative to claiming housing benefit from their local authority.

Please also find available L&T104 and MNEPO1 which have received field amendments and L&T104_Flexi which has been added to the range.
