Companies House has amended forms LLAP01 and LLTM01 to request that no items are stapled to these applications.

As there are no substantive changes to the wording of these amended forms, Companies House has not altered their existing version numbers on the latest versions of these forms.

We have made some minor amendments to forms LLDS01, LLDS01(CONT) and LLNM01.

All forms can be used immediately.
