LLAP03 - Appointment of judicial factor (Scotland) to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

As a result of a change in fees on 6th April, Companies House has amended the wording on the fee section of LLAR01 and LLIN01 from this date.

Although Companies House will continue to accept existing versions of these two forms on or after 6th April, practitioners may prefer to use the latest versions of LLAR01 and LLIN01 for applications made after this date.

We have also included a new Companies House form, LLRP04, which can be used from 6th April to resubmit or amend information previously supplied to Companies House in respect of a limited liability partnership. This is a new process which will be known as ‘second filing’ but practitioners should note that LLRP04 will not appear in the Registrar’s Rules and so LLRP04 will not be regarded as a statutory form by Companies House.

Finally, please also find enclosed LLAP01, LLAP02, LLAP03, LLAR01(CONT), LLCH01, LLIN01(CONT), LLMG01, LLMG01(CONT), LLMG02, LLMG02(CONT), LLNM01 and LLTM01 which has received stylistic alterations. These forms can be used immediately.
