LLDS02 - Withdrawal of striking off application by a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

Companies House has amended forms LLDS01, LLDS01(CONT), LLDS02, LLIN01 LLIN01(CONT) and LLNM01 for use from 7th May to reflect changes which will be introduced on this date by amendments to the Registrar's Rules.

The existing editions of these forms will be accepted after 7th May, but practitioners may prefer to use the amended forms for applications submitted to Companies House in accordance with the Registrar's Rules on or after 7th May.

We have also taken this opportunity to make stylistic amendments to the reversed out text on the other Limited Liability Partnership forms which can be used immediately.
