Companies House (CH) has amended the forms listed above to reflect the European Union's 4th Money Laundering Directive which the Government will implement through the Money Laundering Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 which repeal and revoke the Money Laundering Regulations 2007.

In particular, CH has amended LLPSC01-LLPSC09 to make them capable of being used by any limited liability partnerships (LLPs) and not just those LLPs which have chosen to file PSC register information on the central register.

In addition, CH has also amended the LLCS01 by removing the PSC information from this form and amended the LLEH04 form by removing a reference to filing the LLCS01 form with an instruction to file the relevant LLPSC form(s) instead.

Form LLCS01_Combined has been removed from this range.
