Following our publication of this new range of Limited Liability Partnerships forms in April, Companies House have notified us of an error which was made in the Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2001 in respect of LLP363.

Apparently, practitioners should submit a fee of �35 when they complete and return LLP363 to Companies House and not �15 as specified on the existing form.

The amended version of LLP363 is supplied herein and should be used immediately.

The remaining forms have been added to your range and are LLP forms in respect of Scotland.

Please note that LLP1a, LLP1b, LLP1c should not be used in Scotland.
