LLCH01 - Change of details of a member of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

Companies House has amended the forms listed to reflect changes which the Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 will introduce on 10th October.

In particular, Companies House has changed these forms to reflect the partial suppression of the full date of birth of a member of a limited liability partnership (LLP) by referring to the month and year of their birth.

In addition, Companies House has inserted provision for a signature where a member "consents to act" as a member of a LLP.

Subscribers to this range should note that Companies House will only accept these amended forms when applications are made on or after 10th October as Companies House will not accept the existing forms after this date.
