EX80A - Legal Aid/ Legal Aid Agency assessment certificate

Following the publication of the changes to EX80A on EFIS No.25/2013 earlier this month, subscribers to this range are requested to use an amended version of EX80A which the Ministry of Justice updated after EFIS 25/2013 had been circulated to you.

Please also find available N5, N5A, N6 and N349 which have been amended to incorporate the licensee's name in the address field.

The N379 has been amended to include additional strike out fields in the statement of truth.

In addition, please find available Form H and N260 which have received slight field amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
