LRCNG - Change of gender (Transgender and Non-Binary)

HM Land Registry have updated the LRAS1, LRAS2 and LRAS3 by amending the side notes to make it clear that an assent does not need to be a deed. In addition, the LRCNG has been updated to clarify the handling of applications and to incorporate the required warning note to the base of the form. All forms are now available for immediate use, previous versions will continue to be accepted indefinitely.
