HM Land Registry has amended the promulgated form LRCNG, with the addition of side notes to panel 3 to explain the situations where a customer's previous name would still appear in the register and in documents filed with HM Land Registry. The latest version is available for use from the 21st June 2021, however the current version remains acceptable indefinitely.
