The Commons Registration (Amendment and Miscellaneous Revocations) Regulations 2010 revoke certain statutory instruments concerning provisional registration under the Commons Registration Act 1965 and amend the Commons Registration (General Regulations 1966) on 30th November.

In particular, the 2010 Regulations amend the notes on CR19.

Practitioners should not use this latest edition of CR19 (Revised) before 30th November.
